• We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

• All food items are freshly made and prepared specifically for each order. Hence, returns are not possible for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.

• The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

• You received incomplete items from your order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Mention your Order ID and describe the issue clearly.

3. Attach photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• If the claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
